The house is close to the water treatment works where everyones fresh water comes from (south west water board) and has some great history behind it as it once was a small cottage where work staff once lived before everything got computerised, but this is no bother to the house itself and no guests have ever had a problem with it being next door (not attached or even very close to the house itself just shares a driveway…. there is no near by neighbours so you really can relax and not have to worry about staying up late and having abit of music etc just enjoy your holiday and relax .
